In a match that lasted 6 rounds of 3 minutes each was won decisively by former big boss contestant. His opponent, Ananzi from South Africa, was no match to Singh despite his valiant effort.

In  a battle that saw a lot of mat wrestling and grappling, was a technical masterpiece and Sangram was better than his rival in almost all departments.

When the final bell rang, Sangram lead by 24 points and was a clear winner.

The match was a part of the annual pay per view called WrestleMonster conducted by World Wrestling Professionals, a South Africa based Professional Wrestling promotion.

For his match, Sangram had signed a death contract, first by any Indian wrestler, that essentially meant that if something happened to him during the match, the organizers would not be responsible by any means.

In an exclusive talk over phone with Vanilla News right before his match, an excited Sangram said,

“There is nothing fake about this match. There is no script like it happens in the WWE or TNA. Death contracts are not fake.  This is a completely genuine and new concept”

Last year, on 28th March, this Indian wrestler had defeated veteran Joe E Legend in a last man standing match to win his title.

The match was performed on 27th march 2016 in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

The wrestler, who was on a wheelchair for eight years due to paralysis is an inspiration to millions. He is also a notable name on Indian Television. He has taken part in shows like Bigg Boss and Survivor India along with cult dance show Nach Baliye.

Coming from a very poor family in Haryanaa, Sangram has reached the heights that no other Indian Wrestler has ever seen.
