The film is directed by Luv Ranjan, who helmed the successful two ventures in the ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ series.
The movie brings back the Jodi of Kartik Aaryan and Nushrat Bharucha for the fourth time after Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011), Akaash Vani (2013) and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015). But this time, the onscreen madly-in-love couple are pitted against each other. Their open war gives you a hilarious glimpse into the dilemma of Sonu (Kartik Aaryan) whose best friend Titus life (Sunny Singh) and his choices are taken over by his bride-to-be Sweety (Nushrat Bharucha).
While an overprotective friend Sonu vows to separate her from Titus, Sweety, on the other hand, throws an open challenge to Sonu explaining to him that at the end, a girl always wins.
Director Luv Ranjan knows perfectly where to stop. Pause and then get on with the comic timings. Make it look as realistic as possible. Kartik Aaryan, who impressed everyone with his breathless monologues in PKP and PKP 2, brings back the same magic on screen with his hilarious dialogues and banters. Nushrat Bharucha as a sanskari yet a badass bride will surely remind you of that girl in your life who manipulated your choices at some point in your life.
Sunny Singh, who is now known for his role as a Delhi-based guy in PKP 2. His one-liner ‘Chal Jhutti’, however, gets less screen time. In the trailer but we hope to see more of him. When the film will hit the theatres in the next year’s Valentine’s week.
Apart from the lead actors, our very own ‘Sanskari Babuji’. Alok Nath is one of the highlights in the trailer when he turns ‘unsanskari’. Delivers swear words without any hesitation while gulping down alcohol on a street. But it looks like somehow some of his ‘sanskaras’ are still intact. When Nushrat aka Sweety promises to host Mata Ka Jagrata. During their first family meets leaving Babuji in awe.
But wait, there’s one more surprise here. After staying away from the showbiz for nearly three years. Yo Yo Honey Singh has shared a soundtrack with music composer Amaal Mallik. In this film which will surely find its way into your playlist.
